We are now looking for a Legal Counsel with English and French language capacity to join our team.

Daily challenges

  • Performing contract review and analysis, and preparing detailed contract risk assessments against a corporate risk matrix
  • Communicating and coordinating with deal team members and applying DXC deal governance corporate processes.
  • Legal negotiations with DXC customers
  • Reporting to Legal management and escalating issues in clear and timely manner
  • Engaging in company projects for development of DXC legal department

Experience and skills required

  • At least 5+ years of legal experience in international organization.
  • Good expertise in Commercial and Contract law, including in contract review and negotiations.
  • Expertise in IP & IT law will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in both English and French language.
  • A team player with strong motivation to learn and develop.
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility, attention to detail and good organizational skills.
