The Marketing Sr Supervisor provides leadership and supervisory responsibility for medium-sized operational/administrative team(s)) of clerical/support employees. Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical/subject area and a basic knowledge of other areas in order to understand how they relate to own area. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Improves process efficiencies in support of unit objectives. Requires a basic conceptual/ practical grounding in policies as they apply to the business. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Influences decisions through advice, counsel, facilitating services to others or through joint accountability for volume, quality and timeliness of end results. No direct responsibility for financial or resource planning. Work generally affects own team as well as other closely related work teams. Full supervisory responsibilities. including duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate digital campaigns of the different users of social networks for the. Coordinate communication and marketing campaigns, promotions and acquisition among others (Strategy, Administration, Media Plan and Results). Coordinate the monitoring of the activities of the competition/of the social media market with the agencies and the Market Research team. Coordination of the content and media plans for the social platforms, as well as its monitoring and optimization in real time, vs. scope and frequency strategies. Application of communication and social network posting manuals. Weekly communication and posting calendar for each channel or medium. Coordinate functional tasks assigned to internal and external teams. Attention to the users and correct application of campaign briefs. Ensure that different areas of the Bank have sufficient information and Frequently Asked Questions, such as support for communication and promotions campaigns. Analyze the results and generate reports and improvement proposals for the campaigns. Registration and control of videos in the YouTube channel. Coordination of calendars, priorities of content and campaigns within the social platforms.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Communication, Teamwork, Flexibility and Empathy, Work under pressure, Administration and Project Monitoring. Knowledge / Level of specific knowledge of the position (normative, technological, administrative): Digital Marketing, Media, Digital and Social Platforms, Advertising and Interactive Marketing, Promotions, Digital Media and Social Platforms, Interpretation and analysis of statistics
  • Excellent digital marketing competence across search, display, paid media and measurement.

Education:
  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Job Description (Senior Marketing Supervisor)

The Senior Marketing Supervisor supports the performance team for the correct execution of digital campaigns. Gets involved at different levels, executing and prioritizing projects, distinguishing areas of opportunity and identifying possible deficiencies in the operation, proposing solutions to generate a more effective flow.

Intervenes in the digital communication strategy and supports the area in identifying success indicators for each campaign or project, highlighting the strategic results of each one.

Works with the different areas involved at different levels, developing assertive relationships, facilitating the development of projects.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in multiple projects, challenges and meet tight deadlines required
  • Confidence to take up challenges that seem intimidating for everybody else
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing projects from start to finish and maintaining them including risks, actions, issues & dependencies.
  • Excellent project planning, execution and monitoring skills
  • Desirable experience working across all aspects of digital strategy, campaigns, in a large organization
  • Analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data.

  • Collaborating with teams across the organization to find optimal strategic recommendations for marketing strategies
  • Responsible for the execution of multiple projects for the development campaign.
  • Analyzing, measuring, and reporting data-driven- insights in collaboration with data teams.

  • Monitor projects with internal areas and agencies.
  • Supervision and management of ongoing campaigns, generating recommendations based on performance
