As a Program Manager for the facilities and construction categories, you will be responsible in translating Global Procurement strategic objectives into program roadmaps to realize distinct and measurable benefits for the organization; especially focused on major capital construction and facilities operations initiatives. You will apply project management and organizational change management concepts while developing trusted partnerships with team members to build support and collaboration, enabling successful project implementation. You will lead cross functional teams of leaders and individual contributors from in-scope category teams to achieve program execution through comprehensive project planning, team member engagement and communication, proper management and customer concern of risks, issues, and decisions, and reporting to drive accountability.

How To Qualify

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in program management.
  • Holds PMP, Scrum Master, or related Project Management certifications.
  • Proven experience in program, change, and process management, showcasing solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficient in O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, Agile/backlog management tools (e.g. Azure, Jira, Confluence), or equivalent.
  • SAP experience and Change Management Practitioner Certification (PROSCI) are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$116,000.00 - $210,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.  The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.  Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
