Senior Product Manager – Cross Border Solutions
The Walmart Cross Border Solutions team builds products that allow Marketplace
Sellers to easily expand to international marketplaces bringing global assortment to
international customers with fast and reliable delivery options.
In this role, you’ll collaborate across Strategy, Analytics, Business, Finance,
Accounting, Product, Engineering and Design to set the vision of and build solutions
that define pricing for cross-border items.
You'll be focused on building tools, strategies and systems to ensure customers get
the best possible price for cross-border items, while helping sellers and Walmart
achieve their business goals.
You'll leverage smart analytics to provide visibility into pricing insights, promotion
opportunities and create intuitive experiences to easily take action to improve sell-
through.
In this role you will apply a general management perspective and problem-solving
approach, will be agile and able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence,
and business analysis & acumen to the product roadmap. As such, you will be able
to identify key risks, dependencies, and work with the requisite teams to put
solutions in place that will achieve the product outcomes.
You’ll apply your business acumen and analytical mindset to build accurate financial
and accounting pipelines for our platform.
This Senior Product Manager will be skilled at engaging and communicating to
senior executives across multiple domains, engaging at a detailed level across
product management and engineering, influencing strategy and prioritization across
different product, finance and business owners, merchant technology, retail pricing,
catalog promotions & integration system owners.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if:
You use data to drive decisions and outcomes
You are a self-starter and understand data architecture, business analytics and
basic SQL
You obsess over your customers and develop solutions that delight them. 
Direct working experience with software engineers to develop scalable
solutions.
Direct working experience with UX designers to create intuitive experiences. 
You have run an ecommerce business or managed a pricing and promotions
platform and understand key metrics and actions that drive profitability and
performance
You have a deep understanding about financial metrics and accounting
workflows
You have worked on ML algorithms, dynamic pricing, forecasting, ecommerce
P&L
You’re stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale. 
You’ll make an impact by:
Creating product strategy Develop roadmap for key initiatives and advocate
for features that enable sellers to offer the best price to international customers
and configure promotions
Driving end to end ownership Manage system solutions for cross-border
pricing & promotions and ensure end to end ownership of solutions by working
with relevant cross-functional groups including Data science, Finance, Accounting
and engineering teams.
Leading product initiatives Ensure critical business issues and core product
strategies are addressed in product decisions; drive process changes based on
feedback; drive resource allocation decisions; and set the standard for Product
Manager deliverables.
Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations
Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. Work
with cross-functional teams to translate the product strategy into a product
roadmap and engineering sprints.
Building Take features from ideation / exploration with customers to full launch
and rollout
Moving fast Work in an agile and iterative team environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area
3-5 years’ experience in product management, customer or seller facing tools or
related area.
3-5 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office. 
3-5 years’ experience working with cross-functional teams.
