Job Description:

We are expanding the team! The Asset Management and Process Digitalisation department of the Innovation directorate leads the development and deployment of solutions that support the management of asset information across the lifecycle of the asset. We carry out from proof of concepts and pilots related to innovative technologies (Extended Reality, digital twins, simulation, etc.) to the deployment and support of scalable asset management solutions across the different business units of Ferrovial. We are looking for a full-time Asset Management Business and Support Analyst to join the team.

The main functions of the candidate will be

  • Leading the deployment of different technological solutions across Ferrovial US business units.
  • Main point of contact with key stakeholders to capture business requirements, user stories and workflows.
  • Lead the user acceptance testing and training when deploying different technological products (EAM, digital twins, demand platform, etc.) across the business
  • Prepare test plans based on the user requirements and carry out internal testing of different solutions/proof of concepts
  • Work collaboratively with project managers and solutions technical team, based in Spain.
  • Manage the support of the different technological solutions deployed.  
  • Performing test plans and validation of different solutions.
  • Manage different suppliers to deliver both projects and support service.

Experience and competences

  • More than 5 years of experience as business analyst in areas related to new technologies and innovation in the infrastructure and mobility sector.
  • Experience in supporting technological solutions, being the contact with the key users and managing the incidents with both internal resources and supply chain. Experience in providing level 1 support.
  • Experience managing different suppliers to solve the support incidents.
  • Experience and knowledge in the life cycle of an infrastructure (design, construction, operation and maintenance) and how digital solutions can improve the management of different processes and information.
  • Experience in deploying complex projects both with internal teams and with external partners ecosystem, working under pressure and demanding deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate and influence different seniority level of stakeholders (From top management to technicians)
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate technical teams.
  • Analytical profile, communicator and proactive.

It will be positively valued;

  • Experience providing Level 2 support.
  • Knowledge and experience with EAM, GIS, Digital twin and BIM technologies
  • Knowledge in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge in international standards such as ISO 55001 and ISO 19650.
  • Interest and motivation in exploring new technology trends.
  • Spanish language would be a plus.
