Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Key Responsibilities: 1 Good subject matter expert for various industry domains, prior experience on Pre sales support, Demonstration, Query handling during due diligence for SAP APM. 2 Good Techno functional expertise in Plant Maintenance / EAM & IAM. Detail knowledge on all master data objects related to plant maintenance. 3 Design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions including IAM, APM FSM, MRS, AIN, other SAP Modules & third party applications. 4 Configure SAP system as per design, Develop and test RICEFW, Provide training to end users, Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP EAM releases and developments 5 Work with other SAP consultants and developers to deliver complex projects Technical Experience : 1 Minimum One E2E implementation for SAP APM apart from SAP EAM Implementation experience 2 Should /must have experience in following area of Asset Performance management skills/tools like SAP APM, GE APM, Meridian etc a) Asset Data and Information Management (Explore Technical Objects, Manage Technical Object Groups) b) Asset Risk Assessment (Risk score analysis, Identify & Define Risk Model, Manage Risk parameters, Create visualization based on Risk Assessment, Able to create dashboards on KPI’s like like resources, OPEX, CAPEX and TOTEX costs, outage needs) C) Asset Reliability Engineering (Manage FMEA Assessments, Manage RCM Assessments, Manage Recommendations, Implement Recommendations, Manage Strategy Assessment for Classes ) d) Asset Health Monitoring (Monitor Alerts, Manage Technical Object Connectivity, Manage Alert Types, Manage Rules, IOT & Inspection data management, AI & Predictive modeling ) e) Asset Performance Analysis (Manage Analytics Dashboards, Configure Failure Curve Analytics) f) Asset Condition Monitoring (Calculate RAMSHE (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety, Health, Environment), Failure Prediction, End of Life Assessment, Repair vs Replace model development g) Administration and Configuration h) Predictive analytics / Proactive Maintenance Professional Attributes : 1 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team Educational Qualification: 1 Minimum 16 years of full-time -education is required
