Job title: Sr. Portfolio and Project Management

Current Need:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to help develop and optimize the process to  assess  incoming requests from various business units and  stakeholders to determine their fit within the digital strategy  portfolio and governance process for optimal technology solutions and standardization. The role requires working with appropriate stakeholders in developing and communicating a clear vision and strategy for the oncology platform and reporting on the solution pipeline. Additionally, the role oversees the entire solution lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensures timely delivery of solutions, collaborates with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assess incoming requests from practices and other stakeholders for potential inclusion in the product portfolio and serve as a consultant to Practices and other organizational leaders, guiding them towards the optimal suite of technology solutions and promoting standardization.
  • Assist in detecting deficiencies within the current oncology technology portfolio and spearhead new product discovery efforts by identifying and evaluating potential vendors/partners to determine their compatibility with our portfolio and their ability to fill identified gaps.
  • Define processes to curate requirements and work with partners to implement solutions that promote seamless workflows between tools.
  • Assist in developing, optimizing and communicating a clear vision and strategy for the oncology digital product portfolio.
  • Assist market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the oncology digital health space.
  • Organize and help report on portfolio of the current solution pipeline to all stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire solution lifecycle of digital solutions from ideation to deployment.
  • Ensure timely delivery of digital solutions in line with the roadmap.
  • Work closely with vendors, business, and across teams to drive solution delivery and readiness.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the oncology digital strategy team.

Key skills & Experience required:

  • 10+ years of experience in portfolio and project management within the healthcare or digital health industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management within the healthcare or digital health industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching digital health products, particularly in the oncology space.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing the details of day-to-day execution.
  • Demonstrated leadership through direct and matrixed relationships
  • Certification in Product Management (e.g., SCRUM master, Agile Scrum etc)

Desired certifications:

  • Certified Scrum master / SAFe Agile
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile Methodology

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare / digital health portfolio and project management
  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and ability to work with collaboration and interpersonal skills and cross-functional teams as well as interact with senior leaders and stakeholders

Relocation is NOT budgeted for this position.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$106,100 - $176,900
