Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Partner (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be end-to-end accountable for growing and managing client accounts to drive the growth of DXC's presence in the Utility & Energy sector, with opportunities to expand into other industries. The Client Partner will work in close collaboration with internal teams such as Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure the seamless delivery of services and solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and senior leaders.
  • Growth & Acquisition: Focus on expanding existing accounts by analyzing client needs and generating a healthy sales pipeline by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and pursuing new business opportunities. Build and execute a growth-focused account strategic plan (ASP) aligned to client business and strategy, both long and short-term.
  • Industry Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor for clients in the Utility & Energy industry, with the ability to apply knowledge to other sectors as well.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, finance, and other internal teams to create tailored solutions that address client challenges. Gather the winning team to run the account and motivate the team to drive success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in client management or sales, with a proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and delivering business growth.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Utility & Energy sector is highly preferred, but candidates with experience in other industries are also encouraged to apply.
  • Client Relationship Skills: Strong ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients at all levels, especially with C-suite executives.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated experience in both farming existing accounts and hunting for new business opportunities.
  • Languages: Fluency in German (spoken and written) and English is required,
  • Location: Based in Germany with flexibility to work remotely. Travel flexibility is expected within Germany.
