About the Team
At Meesho, the HR CoE team is working towards building a People Centric workplace by utilizing a User First and Problem First approach. Currently, we're seeking individuals to join our Employee Experience Team. Our focus is to drive an industry leading employee experience for Meesho Employees. We cover various HR domains including, employee experience, engagement, holistic wellness, recognition and HR process improvements. Additionally, our team addresses any new emerging challenges on the people's front. We closely work with the Meesho leadership team to understand business objectives and finetune our processes, aligning our decisions with company goals.
About the Role
As a part of the HR CoE Team, this role will be at the forefront of enhancing Meesho’s culture by identifying key challenges that impact the employee experience and implement 10X policy/ process solutions. This role will play a critical part in shaping and driving our holistic wellness programs, fostering a culture of recognition, design and implementing strategies to boost employee engagement. This role requires being user first, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver impactful results.
