We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Pune, India team. In this challenging, fast-moving candidate-driven market, the ideal candidate for us should be highly motivated and tenacious enough to keep up with the pace.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from the requisition through to the onboarding of candidates
Sourcing of profiles as per the job requirement
Exposure to headhunting & strategic approach towards passive candidates
Scheduling of the interviews with the interview panel
Ability to initiate the discussion to understand the requirements from the hiring managers.
Conducting preliminary interviews/screening of the shortlisted candidates to understand fitment & expectations
Timely update of the ATS/ Recruitment Tracker
Assist with Company branding & promotion
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
Timely response to all candidates and Make sure all candidates have the best possible experience
Conduct reference checks on applicants
The ability to work within a team and coordinate team activities.
Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.
To maintain excellent working relationships with hiring leaders, employees and candidates.
Must employ sound judgment in escalating and clear communication to keep stakeholders appropriately informed;
You're the right candidate if you:
Are passionate about hiring & enjoy your role
Have a proven experience of 5-8 years as an IT recruiter
Have good hands-on experience in using job portals & ATS
Experience in working with software company
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in G-Suite or MSOffice
Ability to maintain confidential information, with the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.
Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions
Excellent work ethics
Good to have
Has exposure to diversity hiring
Experience in recruitment analytics
Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends
