Team/Role Overview:

The exciting role will be part of Citi’s EMEA Asset Backed Lending Business; with a key focus on portfolio management, monitoring, controls, execution and analysis.

What you’ll do:

  • Systems: to work across Citi’s loans and risk reporting systems including Optima and CitiRisk, as well as the front office pipeline and deals system Origination Central
  • Reporting: to work with London team on all portfolio wide analysis work for senior management reporting, both business and regulatory, internal audits, monthly and quarterly risk report cycles and other oversight processes (QA, FCR etc)
  • Quality Assurance and Issues Management: future integration in to new QA and Issues Management functions also likely
  • Controls & Reconciliation: Ensuring all activities and bookings are executed in line with relevant policies with key operational risks identified and mitigated
  • Capital: Calculation and submission of SFA & SSFA on senior loans. Run stresses by deal for CCAR models and coordination with internal teams
  • Technology: Work with technology team to achieve automation of internal processes
  • P&L: forecast P&L and limits usage

What we’ll need from you:

  • General knowledge of asset backed lending
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as ability to comprehend legal documentation including loan facility agreements.
  • Experience and strong skill set in general analytics, including the use of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with key stakeholders and senior management and influence the strategic direction of the business.
  • Superior organizational skills, with a analytical and detail orientated mindset.
  • Bachelor Level Degree – preferred in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
