Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for developing feature rich capabilities that help power different products and product lines. This role requires a strong understanding of business requirements that collaborates across product management, software development, and business strategy areas. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to help deliver products to market.

  • Ownership of capability requirements needed to deliver products in Payor solutions and care management space
  • Participating in feature refinement sessions with key stakeholders to ensure the specified needs are clearly articulated, identify gaps, and adjust as needed.
  • Creating and maintaining workflows and activity flows related to how the products will be delivered
  • Work closely with product and technology teams to drive effective communication of requirements to technology teams
  • Contribute to process engineering, end-to-end process design, analysis and improvements across Payer solutions organization.
  • Creating/updating Requirements documentation
  • Ownership and addressing issues/risks/dependencies in solution development
  • Supporting user onboarding, training, and adoption activities
  • Shared ownership of QA and acceptance tests
  • Working knowledge of Care Management domain and data entities within the domain
  • Support development of metrics needed for operationalization

  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing as needed and meeting timelines 

  • Strong problem-solving skills 

  • Proven understanding of care management business, along with demonstrated experience of working alongside technology delivery teams


Required Qualifications

  • Strong background in developing requirements in healthcare space, preferably care management area
  • 8+ years of experience in a healthcare Product or Technology role and/or higher education
  • 5+ years working within cross-functional initiatives and driving innovation.
  • 5+ years of experience working with payor agnostic products, payers, health product, PBM, or healthcare operations
  • 1+ years - working with a geographically diverse team of primarily Work-from-Home colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience facilitating buy-in and engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and mitigate effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including active listening, self-management and awareness, emotional intelligence, and ability to flex interpersonal style
  • Conversant in one or more of platforms such as Salesforce, Epic, ETL products etc. that are used in



Education

Bachelors required/Masters Preferred or Equivalent Experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $165,954.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
