**Job Overview:** 

 

The team at Click are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Development Representative (MDR) with a keen eye for detail. The Marketing Development Representative (MDR) will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through various marketing channels. This role involves engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and determining how our products or services can meet those needs. The MDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support the overall business growth objectives. 

 

**Key Responsibilities:** 

 

1. **Lead Generation:** 

   - Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts. 

   - Utilize marketing automation tools, social media, and other channels to generate leads. 

   - Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects. 

 

2. **Lead Qualification:** 

   - Contact potential leads via phone, email, and social media to qualify them. 

   - Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities. 

   - Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system. 

 

3. **Collaboration:** 

   - Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with marketing campaigns. 

   - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. 

 

4. **Data Management:** 

   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and statuses. 

   - Analyze data to improve lead generation and qualification processes. 

 

5. **Reporting:** 

   - Prepare regular reports on lead generation and qualification activities. 

   - Provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaign effectiveness. 

 

**Qualifications:** 

 

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

- Proven experience in lead generation or sales. 

- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Strong organizational and time management skills. 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

 

**Preferred Qualifications (not essential):** 

 

- Experience in SaaS. 

- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools such as ClickDimensions, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar. 

- Knowledge of CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or similar.
