About the Role
Partner with Group and Business Unit Distribution functions to drive excellence in conversion of leads generated from marketing activities across the entire funnel. Plays an integral role connecting Marketing initiatives with Distribution channels and collaborating efficiently across channels to drive outcome through a closed loop leads management programme. Accountable for KPIs and quotas for effective sales conversion and revenue targets.Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborates with Distribution Channels and within GCDM to envision, pilot, implement, and measure closed-loop leads management programme
Develop baseline for offline conversion, establish minimum standards based on best practices and organisation aspirations – scope out and identify gaps by channel and Business Unit, co-develop plans with distribution channels to close them
Provide distribution insights into GCDM programmes as they are being built, ensuring clear understanding of Distribution operations as well as challenges and that these are factored into plans being built - analyze, identify, and articulate issues in the conversion process
Ensure highly positive relationship with Distribution on pipeline GCDM initiatives, ensuring good understanding, clear buy-in and participation, forging outstanding communication and aligning on campaign and targets, including joint-planning exercises
Serve as subject matter authority on O2O conversion, continually seeing opportunities and new capabilities that can further optimize our Distribution Channel in their lead conversion, adjusting plans and strategies
Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales conversion
Drive clear and constant communication of goals and success metrics to the distribution organisation to ensure consistency and accountability with end-to-end reporting and analytics
Job Requirements:
Bachelor or Post-Graduate degree or at least 12 to 15 years’ experience on Life Insurance, experience in sales and marketing highly preferred
Direct experience leading digital sales conversion with offline distribution in insurance is an advantage
Innovative and upbeat leader, with a curiosity about empowering successful teams and an ability to get things done
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a reputation for aligning and encouraging trust with distribution, based on shown process and metrics
Sound understanding of insurance related financial metrics
Deep understanding needed of offline distribution channels in insurance
Strong business sense and analytical thinking, reflected in impact and influence skills and confidence in high level interactions with the leadership team
Persuasiveness and Influencing Skills (oral and written)
Critical Thinking, planning and execution skills
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills
