We are a centralized team of dedicated experts in contact center in healthcare. The team collaborates across all organizational business units and acts as a catalyst to standardize and implement best practices. The ideal candidate will convey high emotional intelligence to support overall change management.

Project Manager - Access to Care - Midtown

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all project activities throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes defining project scope, strategic planning, analysis, performance measurement, and ensuring effective communication. You will lead project workgroup meetings, facilitating discussions on deliverables, identifying action items, assigning responsibilities to team members, and ensuring follow-up for completion. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying potential threats and opportunities and securing any necessary resources to ensure project success.

This is a full time position, working 4 days a week out of our corporate office in midtown Manhattan. Ability for 1 day remote a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in a clinical setting
  • PMP and Six Sigma Lean Certifications
  • Proficiency in string analytics and reporting
  • Strong experience in project oversight, including tracking and monitoring
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and resource planning

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management or a related field

Salary Range:

$97,000-$145,000/Annual
