Expert level As a Business Development Manager at HP, the candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and increasing our market presence in the highly competitive laptop and Printer industry. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, relationship building, and deep industry knowledge to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Develop comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
Partnership and Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, distributors, and suppliers.
Negotiate and finalize strategic partnerships that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Drive sales efforts by collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure the achievement of revenue targets.
Product Development Insights:
Provide valuable insights and feedback to the product development team based on market trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with product managers to enhance existing products and develop new offerings that meet market demands.
Brand Promotion and Marketing Support:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand our network.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Prepare and manage budgets for business development activities.
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to assess the financial impact of business development initiatives.
