Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for ensuring that Türkiye has a safe, effective and working Commerial- Governance structure supporting the implementation of the commercial strategy and operational deliverables.
- Identification of key commercial governance risks and mitigations and support the Business Owners to proactively/reactively manage risk and governance in delivery of business priorities.
- Giving guidance on monitoring process and other audit procedures, inspecting accounts and interviewing employees in order to guarantee the accuracy of systems and procedures / identify opportunities to improve processes focusing on simplification within the area following all GSK policies.
- Partner with commercial business owners to get prepared to Cross-functional Risk Board be a member of Crpss-functional Risk Board with compliance mindset and to guide business owners in risk measurement and to convey GSK SOPs and policies and local regulatory requirements, to guide teams in risk measurement in partnership with compliance and legal teams.
- Provide interaction between Governance x Product Managers x Directors on a more effective communication / ways of working for saving time on processes.
- Ensuring that the conditions are in line with GSK's policies and expectations, and also identifying areas where it is and is not compliant with local regulations, suggesting the most appropriate method to business owners and writing local SOPs if necessary, focusing on the growing network of collaboration relationships to achieve the best results.
- Participate in the Management Monitoring activities of the teams (if deemed necessary) and identify risks, recurring findings and process gaps.
- Prepare reports with commercial governance results for discussion and awareness on all levels indicating best actions for continuous improvement and corrective actions.
- Partners with business leaders to proactively identify, evaluate and manage risks in accordance with GSK’s internal control framework and in a way, that enables sustainable business growth (Risk Management and support the local RMCB).
- Partner with medical governance to effectively support Compliance function for effective LOC risk management in accordance with GSK’s internal control framework.
- Lead & support the business & GM in the development and implementation of the Management Monitoring and Independent Business Monitoring plan to ensure controls operate effectively and gaps identified are appropriately remediated.
- Promote and making a consistent quality and compliance approach simpler. Monitor, interpret & ensure visibility of the quality & compliance performance of the commercial organisation & partners through assessment of compliance, quality trends & metrics.
- Integrate the lessons learned from CAPA, TPRM and management Monitoring as part of our Business as Usual process.
- Be a member of the Cross Functional Risk Board & RMCB.
- Working with Medical Governance and compliance&legal on governance changes that concern the entire company and conveying potential and actual risks in monthly basis.

Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree is must, Master’s degree or equivalent desirable
- MD, Pharmacist, Lawyer, Life Sciences with medical background
- Min. 5 years job-related compliance, legal or governance experience in pharma sector
- Strong understanding of risk management, risk mitigation, Promotion Code and company policies
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Consolidated skills and knowledge management required for the function
- Be proactive, organized and reliable and work under pressure
- Strong skills in process management, strategic thinking and data & facts analysis
- Deliver agreed tasks on time and with quality
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Competency in MS Office programs
