About the Role
• Implement training strategies and establish relationships with other parties to meet and exceed business targets and training needs.Roles and Responsibilities:
Planning on Agency Compliance Program
Assist to develop short-term and long-term plans with Section Head relating to internal and external policies, training and development programs, as well as service benchmarks and supervising framework in order to accomplish the Company strategies and training objectives, particularly on agency compliance and quality assurance
Assist to propose strategic business plan and budget to Section Head in achieving training goals
Assist Section Head to implement the required training programs to other distribution channels, including but not limited to Agency, Partnership Distribution Channels, and other collaborators, to enhance and improve continuously their activity and efficiency
Assist Section Head in planning and delivering projects, events, functions, seminars, etc. arise from the department’s strategic or operational business plan
Delivery on Compliance Matter and Agency Practices
Deliver agency training plans and supervising framework to ensure compliance initiatives and regulatory requirements on agency compliance are efficiently and practically implemented in the context of AIA Hong Kong
Assist to cultivate a compliance culture with BP in ABDD and agencies through both short term and long term wide planning on training, communications, promotions and monitoring
Assist to increase awareness on relevant compliance rules and regulations and BP through different means of communication channel.
Assist to develop and deliver strategy and training programs on motivating agencies to incorporate BP in daily sales and recruiting activities
Assist to work and coordinate with respective departments / Company representatives (such as GABDD, Ops, PIDD, IT, R&C and Law, etc.) for launch of new compliance and/or regulatory rules and regulations and internal guidelines / training content / refresher exercise
Provide support, such as but not limited to production of regular management reports on action plans relating to regulatory related initiatives
Assist to strategize, plan, and develop compliance programs (such as CPD) by specifying training objectives, content, activities, and methods in program design to meet the identified training and business needs to fulfill regulatory requirements
New initiatives / Projects
Assist Section Head on new business initiatives / project arising from the regulatory updates and business department’s strategic/operational requirements
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements
Assist to work with relevant departments (such as Compliance, IT and Ops, etc.) to incorporate technological elements in developing detecting and supervising tools against Fraud and other market misconducts
Design & Maintenance
Assist to craft, develop, implement, and maintain programs by specifying training objectives, content, activities and methods in program design/plan to meet with the identified training and business needs
Assist to identify training needs for agency force and translate training needs into training plans.
Evaluate training efficiency and reinvent contents and methods if needed.
Minimum Job Requirements:
University / College graduate plus 2-4 years proven experience, preferring internal governance, compliance or complaint handling knowledge / exposure; exposure in agency channel is an advantage
Good training sense in terms of course development, design and evaluation
Good presentation, communications, and facilitation skills
Proficient in written & spoken Putonghua, Cantonese and English
Knowledge in insurance industry preferred
PC and Mac skills, knowledge on data mining and analysis tool is an advantage
Independent and be able to work under sophisticated environment
High level of integrity and take ownership and accountability of results
Proactive, mature, initiative, customer service oriented, willing and able to learn, great teammate, credible
