GSK’s Global Products & Technology (GP&T) manages, develops and supports GSKs global products and applications (such as Azure, SAP, Workday) as well as providing infrastructure services (including servers & storage, Cloud services, Networking, End User services, Identity & Access Management and Help Desk) to support all GSK sites globally. 100k+ users, across 300+ sites.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead HyperAutomation Platform Operations including RPA platform support to ensure high availability of the platform.
  • Responsible for operations of the automations running on the platform. This includes an estate of RPA bots and other automations that are part of the HyperAutomation ecosystem at GSK.
  • Responsible to handle infrastructure needs of the HyperAutomation platform.
  • Responsible to ensure SOX and GXP compliance of the HyperAutomation platform.
  • Work with vendor Operations team to ensure service requests, incident, change and problem management within defined Service Level Agreements.
  • Work with Automation Anywhere Support team to resolve Automation Anywhere product issues within defined SLAs.
  • Work with SOX and Technical Security Risk (TSR) teams to perform audits regularly and ensure audit findings are closed with agreed timelines.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with infrastructure, cloud hosting services team, Automation anywhere and Azure teams in case of major incident management.
  • Responsible for RPA Platform upgrade as per the requirements.
  • Engage and collaborate with various Business Units who are the RPA and Hyperautomation Platform users.
  • Drive the Product requirements for automating service management tasks / reporting requirements.
  • Drive optimization of the HyperAutomation infrastructure including the components utilized for the   RPA bots.
  • Willing to work in shifts to manage the bots that span multiple time-zones and are governed by strict SLAs. Also, extend support during weekends and month ends whenever required.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders from multiple business functions to ensure effective communication and information exchange to meet business expectations.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Engineering & Computer Science
  • 10+ years of relevant IT experience with at least 3-4 years of experience in managing RPA operations.
  • Experience in managing Automation Anywhere A360 platform.
  • Experience in Azure Cloud, ITSM and Agile practices, GitHub, Azure DevOps.
  • Preferrable experience in one or more of the following:
  • Power Platform, Process discovery, Python, VB Scripting and Data Analytics, Site Reliability Engineering
