This role follows an onsite model to accommodate business needs while maintaining team collaboration.

Hours:

• 3pm to 11pm; Monday – Friday

Summary:

• Supervises team responsible for the production of the Soleris vial, ampoule, and supplement product lines.

• Responsible for the shift’s performance in meeting production goals (i.e., safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Soleris Manufacturing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. 

• Performs annual performance assessments with manager and provides career development to team members following the career pathways.

• Ensure that production schedules and product realization are completed on time to prevent stock outs.

• Administers corporate policies and ensures adherence to by team members.

• Execute Standard Operating Procedures to meet current cGMP / ISO / MIOSHA / MDEQ or other regulatory requirements. 

• Ensure all staff are current with training requirements.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred (Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, etc.)

• Greater than one year of experience in a leadership position (manufacturing leadership preferred but not required).
