Summary:

In this role, you will interface with internal and external customers, as a subject matter expert, on Vizient’s Impact Standardization Programs. You will provide training, recommendations and overall program guidance to maximize provider value and encourage aligned spend.

Responsibilities:

  • Support assigned field team and providers in actively managing provider’s participation in Impact Standardization Programs. (i.e., issue resolution related to compliance, reporting, validations and requirement clarification).

  • Produce, distribute, and track target lists and other strategic reports for field staff to increase program participation and compliance.

  • Establish regular communication schedules with Spend Management team members to track program progress.

  • Input and maintain accurate and timely data in the Standardization Program system for assigned regions/providers. (i.e., data management, program sign-ups, change requests, provider configurations, annual purchase potential benchmarks and lost value).

  • Analyze provider spend to identify additional provider compliance and rebate opportunities.

  • Assist with testing new database initiatives of the Impact Standardization system and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience in healthcare preferred (i.e., Client/Account Management or Supply Chain).

  • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite programs required. (Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple activities and databases to deliver solutions to internal and external customers.

  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $95,400.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
