What would you do? • proactively provide individual employee coaching and guidance on career development, based on a strong understanding of a person’s interests and aspirations and knowledge of Accenture’s business • provide personalized employee support connecting people to projects, coaching people on “best fit” roles, balancing career goals and business priorities • have honest and transparent conversations, with compassion and empathy to help people grow, keeping both personal and key practice priorities at the forefront • work closely with my Practice Lead to understand our business/practice strategy and current performance and use that knowledge as I coach my people • work with my HR team to understand talent priorities and talent programs and make employees aware of specific opportunities You will be aligned with our Recruitment vertical. Our services span across the entire accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. Employees under this span will be a part of one of the sub-offerings - Recruitment , Sourcing , Scheduling , BGV , Document Collection , Onboarding & Internal Shared Services, helping the world’s leading recruitment companies bring their vision to life – enabling them to improve outcomes by converging around the candidate, connecting expertise with unique insights into the candidate experience. In Talent Supply Demand Forecast you will be creating and maintaining demand and supply forecast (chargeable and non-chargeable) by analyzing long term talent plan, capability plans and evolving business conditions to forecast resource requirements. You will be taking steps to size resource pools to meet anticipated demand (numbers, skills, location, costs) and working with fulfillment channels to ensure those steps are being executed.
What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Sociology / Economics or equivalent. • Experience in one of the following function areas: talent deployment and project staffing, recruiting, temporary workers management, business operations, PMO (project-management office) or similar • Advanced or fluent / native proficiency in English • Proficient level in MS Excel’s formulas; data fluency and analytical skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Proactive and structured way of working, with eye to detail • Strong learning ability, interest to learn business context, business acumen, engagement and interest in working with Talent Management in a closely linked business-oriented role • Ability to collaborate in virtual, cross-cultural corporate environment • To be successful in the role you can remain confident under pressure and easily find your way in complex structure, applying problem solving skills. •
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
