About the Role

Responsible for supporting specific function and business unit in addressing their human resources related needs.

Business Partnering:

  • Liaise with the leadership of designated department to understand people challenges, needs and solutions.

  • Provide coaching to line managers in relations to the team management and people related issues.

  • Act as a sounding board to employees and line managers to address pain-point, thereby promoting employee well-being and engagement.

  • Design effective departmental organization structure that support the delivery of business priorities and aspirations.

  • Coach and support line manager in managing difficult conversation and/or performance issues.

Development and deliver of Learning and Development Plan:

  • Consult with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and competencies requirements to propel business strategy

  • Conduct learning need analysis conversation with line manager to identify competency gap across the organization

  • Develop and communicate learning plan to promote learning culture and address employees competency gaps.

  • Write-up learning contents to address identify skill gaps.

  • Work with learning providers to customize or deliver the learning solutions

  • facilitate face to face learning sessions

  • Identify ways of delivery that effectively impart knowledge and increase learning retention.
