We are seeking a Nashville-based Business Analyst to join our Institutional Investment Management Operations and Risk Team (IIM Ops/Risk). This role will play an integral part of project management within the Client Group and play a crucial role in improving internal and third-party developed systems to enhance our sales enablement, and client service of Institutional Clients around the world. To be successful, the Business Analyst must collaborate with teams across the firm to define stakeholder needs and document business requirements to effectively implement processes and systems. This role reports to the Vice President of Client Group Risk Management & Strategic Initiatives.
The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partnering with regional business users to understand and document business processes and requirements.
Developing and maintaining a product roadmap.
Driving consensus with Client Group stakeholders around prioritization of business needs.
Supporting management teams in training and change management initiatives specific.
Communicating business objectives to CRM Program Management and development teams through clear business requirement documentation.
Building project plans.
Partner with the Global Strategic Initiatives team to support other technology initiatives on behalf of the Client Group.
Job Qualifications (The ideal candidate should have the following):
Deep experience of Salesforce, or similar CRMs
Identifies current or future problems or opportunities, analyzes, synthesize, and compares information to understand issues, identifies cause/effect relationships and explores alternative solutions to support sound decision making.
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with business users within Sales, Client Service, Business Development, RFP, Product Development and Marketing as well as the Client Group Technology CRM Strategy and Sales Enablement organization.
Proven track record of creation and implementation of business requirements
Knowledge of SQL, and ability to create PowerBI Reports
Experience supporting large scale change management initiatives, business process documentation, requirements writing.
Experience working in Jira and Confluence
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
