What You'll Do
As a core part of our growth team, you’ll:

  • Get to Know Our Customers: Dive deep into who our customers are, what makes them tick, and how to connect with them across different industries.

  • Design Stuff that Works: Use Figma to create eye-catching, effective visuals—whether it’s landing pages, ads, or other customer-facing materials—that help drive growth.

  • Work in Biweekly Sprints: We run fast. Every two weeks, you’ll jump into sprints to test ideas, iterate quickly, and figure out what sticks.

  • Test and Tweak: You’ll A/B test visuals and messaging to truly understand how our platform and solutions performs across industries.

What You’re Good At

  • Understanding People: You’ve got a knack for understanding customer needs and tailoring your approach to different personas.

  • Figma Pro: You’re great with Figma or can learn fast.

  • Growth-Oriented: You think in terms of growth—how do we convert leads, optimize performance, and scale?

About You

  • Tinkerer or Builder: Whether you’ve been in early-stage startups or just love building things, you’re the kind of person who figures things out as you go.

  • Design & Craftsmanship: You’ve got an eye for design, and you care about making things that are both functional and beautiful.

  • Know How to Sell: Even if you haven’t worked in B2B SaaS, you’ve got experience selling to different stakeholders and adapting your approach to various industries.

  • Scrappy and Adaptable: You can think on your feet and find creative solutions when things change.

  • High-Energy: You bring enthusiasm and focus to your work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
