As a Senior Creative Branding Designer for Lightspeed's game-related projects, you will be responsible for creating innovative branding designs for marketing campaigns, brand building, version packaging, and other similar initiatives. You will work in close coordination with both the development and marketing teams to formulate promotion strategies based on product milestones. Your role will also involve generating proposals for creative planning and visual styles and bring them to life through various forms of expression such as key visuals, posters, H5 pages, dynamic demonstrations, and offline events;
You will also develop relevant design specifications, coordinate internal and external resources to ensure effective implementation of creative ideas, and identify and cultivate design production resources that can be used for long-term project needs. Additionally, you will independently lead the entire process of communication in the initial stages of creative branding design projects, oversee the execution in the middle stages, and conduct a comprehensive review at the end stages.
At least three years of relevant industry experience as a senior creative branding designer, with a solid grounding in design, aesthetics, and freehand drawing skills. Possess excellent execution skills and a desire for innovation;
Possess exceptional creative planning, proposal writing, and summarization skills. Be capable of generating creative visual solutions for products and projects. Have strong freehand drawing abilities. Be able to quickly produce visual sketches to guide internal and external teams. Provide professional visual guidance, including controlling the visual tone of graphics, online media, video, and other related modules;
Have extensive gaming experience and a deep understanding of military-themed and FPS games. Familiar with the latest trends and developments in the global gaming industry and have a keen eye for visual trends. Have in-depth research knowledge of various genre types such as trends, military, sci-fi, and anime, and possess a systematic understanding of the visual elements that constitute different genres;
Possess excellent communication and expression skills, as well as project management abilities. Be proactive in driving work forward and guiding artists or outsourced teams to produce high-quality work.
