We are seeking a Outbound Digital Marketing Specialist to join our global digital marketing team. This role will work within the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence supporting global and regional initiatives.

The Outbound Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing day-to-day digital marketing operations with an emphasis on campaign development with a specific focus on out-bound marketing tools. They will lead the design, development and execution of outbound programs including always on programs, nurture programs and programs designed to support specific one-off initiatives. This specialist will also lead and execute all activities related to the use of the WeChat channel specifically in the Asia Pacific region.

As a Outbound Digital Marketing Specialist your responsibilities are:

  • Develop, execute and optimize outbound digital campaigns via Salesforce Pardot and other related tools
  • Design flows and paths for customers and prospects designed to encourage conversion and support more efficient decision making in channels such as email, landing page and gated assets
  • Support the promotion of key content, events and activities such as tradeshows, webinars and customer events to drive an engaging and differentiated customer experience and high conversion focus
  • Execute rapid deployment of campaigns leveraging standardized templates based on the needs of the business and in line with the marketing communications plan
  • Test and iterate designs, templates and campaign approaches in order to drive improved conversion rates across all outbound activities
  • Lead and execute all WeChat activities in region including managing company profile page, supporting content, related app and integration development and demand generation activities
  • Work with operations and inbound teams within digital marketing organization, particularly with the planning manager, on customer journey activities and the alignment of customer decisions to all outbound programs

 

You will be best suited for the role if you have:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in outbound digital marketing, demand generation, and conversion rate optimization
  • Experience in managing social media channels and standalone apps, especially WeChat
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work both independently and effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and global environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
