Marketing Enablement equips marketers and client-facing associates with the tools and technology to plan, execute, distribute, measure, find, and store marketing content. In support of the enterprise, new marketing capabilities and features are developed, implemented, and operationalized to keep pace with the evolving needs of our business. Occasionally, new products, such as our Marketing Request Management (MRM-Adobe Workfront) and Digital Asset Management (DAM-AEM Assets Cloud) systems, are added to our marketing technology stack to transform how we work. We seek a Product Analyst] to assist the Marketing Enablement team in implementing and maintaining our new MRM, DAM, and associated technologies.
Role Summary
Implementing new marketing technology products requires diverse skills in people, processes, and technology. The Product Analyst collaborates with senior product owners to achieve strategic product goals. Acting as a liaison among users, the development team, and third parties, the Product Analyst supports solution delivery. Responsibilities include configuring workflows in Workfront, training and supporting users for product adoption, resolving product issues, gathering business requirements for enhancements, analyzing processes to improve the user experience, and establishing and maintaining training materials. This collaborative and multifaceted role ensures that our products not only meet current adoption expectations but also adapt and evolve to keep pace with marketing, compliance rules, and the industry.
Responsibilities:
Drive product adoption by leading and supporting user training, providing ad hoc user support, and ensuring accuracy and transparency of training documentation.
Regularly review quantitative and qualitative performance indicators, including operational metrics, surveys, and user feedback, to validate that products and training programs function as desired relative to key performance indicators.
Identify new features or modifications to existing features to enhance user experiences and improve efficiency and effectiveness. Shares findings with product owners for backlog prioritization.
Elicit business requirements, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and perform user acceptance testing to support new capabilities and features, including obtaining acceptance and alignment from users and stakeholders.
Configure new workflows or modify existing workflows in Workfront.
Complete required maintenance in systems to ensure data integrity, such as proper metadata tagging to improve findability and content reuse, and data source accuracy to enable content automation.
Support senior product owners with reporting to inform interested parties on product progress and planned efforts.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
Proactively learn our products and continuously upskill to become a subject matter expert within three to six months.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
AND 2+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Operational and service-oriented mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Process improvement experience
Agile framework / Scrum experience
Change management experience
Strong team player
Previous experience in the investment management/financial services industry
Strong understanding of the marketing content lifecycle, from execution through distribution and measurement
Experience with Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets, Marketing Request Management (MIR), Enterprise Taxonomy, or Seismic.
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
