About the role:

Join our Professional Services team within our Capital Markets organization! You’ll have an exciting opportunity to create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to impacted organizations. You’ll focus on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Gather business and technical requirements, solutions design, client presentations, test script creation, execution, and management

  • Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality

  • Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls and measures performance against process requirements

  • Collects data to identify root cause of problems and recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts

  • Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities

  • Responsible for most complex business and systems process analysis, design and simulation

  • Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives, e.g., ISO, Lean or Six Sigma

  • Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control

  • Focus on developing and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders including business and technology teams to ensure smooth transition of projects

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in the Retirement Services industry supporting Financial Recordkeeping Systems (OmniPlus or other proprietary systems)

  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis and implementations working on complex project initiatives in large organizations

  • 10+ years of Omni experience including OmniPlus, OmniCash, OmniPay, OWS (Web), DVW, and OmniPlus Transaction Knowledge

  • 10+ years of experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Waterfall, Agile, and Use Case

  • Experience working on a variety of projects from software development through client delivery of new and updated application software

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $84,720.00 - $142,320.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
