In our PMO role you'll be a Support Administrative element of the Global Payroll Strategy Program, responsible for deliverables to be provided on time and with high quality, responsible for project methodology standards in each project, as well as budget follow up and reporting to Program Manager. You will support Steering Committee preparations in our HR Payroll Transformation project.

PMO (Project Management Officer) - 1 year contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers and other team members with project administrative tasks (schedule changes, setting up workshops, managing team absences/presences, documentation creation and follow up, support in reporting project status, RAID)
  • Work with PMO Lead to ensure program standards are in place in each project, follow up on deliverables status
  • Make sure project updates (RAID) are in place for Steering Committee meetings
  • Be responsible for preparation of Project Steering Committee materials, weekly status reports and status updates, support communication
