Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects. Your role will involve managing and leading a team to ensure successful software development and delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor a team of software developers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. - Manage the software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, coding, testing, and deployment. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in developing and configuring software systems. - Knowledge of technologies, applications, and tools relevant to software development. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile software development methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and technologies. - Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Veeva Vault. - This position is based in Noida. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
