As the Learning & Development Coordinator you will provide comprehensive support to the Group Talent & Development Director and to key stakeholders across BMI Group. You will coordinate and manage learning and talent initiatives, projects, and programs in support of our strategic priorities. This position has a critical role across multiple programs and businesses and involves significant interaction with, and management of, numerous stakeholders (internal and external).

As BMI is transforming to build a stronger talent development focus and offering across the organisation, this role can also be expected to transform over time. Therefore we are looking for someone who wishes to develop their skills and capabilities and take on more responsibility within the learning/talent management space.

This position is a fixed term, 14 months Maternity cover role.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Coordination of functional Learning programs, including setting up and managing detailed project plans for each program
  • Manage and/or support learning programs end-to-end: including, but not limited to, initial needs analysis, project scoping, engagement with external vendors, content design and development, program communication, scheduling, roll-out, participation, feedback collection and reporting
  • Act as Learning administrator for Workday and Docebo (LMS) for all Group programs - set up courses/sessions, manage enrollments, administer feedback surveys, track and report participation
  • Help create program materials and presentation decks - gathering content from subject matter experts and presenting in a clear and visually appealing way
  • Provide technical support to business leaders/presenters for virtual sessions as needed, including scheduling sessions, setting up virtual links, managing flow of agenda, setting up and facilitating breakout rooms
  • Look for ways to increase program effectiveness and efficiency (content and delivery) based on feedback and through own observations/experiences
  • Manage contracts with vendors, act as the first point of contact for requests/questions, and participate in quarterly performance reviews
  • Connect with HR partners and other teams across BMI to build and maintain a comprehensive list of training offerings/programs - share information and best practices
  • Contribute to other Talent/HR initiatives as required, e.g. preparation for Talent Reviews, administration of culture/employee surveys, responding to requests for data/information, etc
  • Support GBS HR activities as needed and as workload permits

About you:

  • University degree and/or at least 2 years of work experience in a learning & development, talent development, or HR function (preferably in a matrixed environment with multi-market interaction)
  • Proven end-to-end program management experience
  • Fluent in English language skills with strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (in a Learning admin capacity) e.g. Workday, Docebo
  • Motivated self-starter with proven ability to handle multiple tasks independently and handle a high volume of work with short deadlines
  • High level of comfort with and experience of managing multiple stakeholders at all levels (internal and external) - ensuring they are clear about expected deliverables and key deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Intermediate/ advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (or Google Sheets and Google Slides)

Salary ranges from 2300 to 2900 euro gross depending on your experience.
