About you and this role

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Global HR Service Delivery Manager located in one of the following locations: Midland, (MI, USA), Mumbai (IND), Houston (TX, USA), Sao Paulo (BRA), Shanghai (CHN), Terneuzen (NLD).

In this dynamic position, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing the HR Service Delivery Model (SDM) by seeking out and implementing improvements to HR performance in service delivery through digital solutions. You will be in charge of deploying and overseeing the processes and technology that support employee and leader self-service, with a focus on crafting user-centric design to ensure HR information is easy to find and easy to understand. You will partner closely with the HR Service Delivery Product Owner on enhancements to self-service solutions, ensuring adoption of HRSD technologies. You will be responsible for the HR Content Strategy, ensuring both clarity and compliance across the HR organization. Your work will drive superior HR service delivery capabilities, driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and outstanding employee experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of Employee Center tracks concerning HR content, overseeing the design and construction of HR topic pages, and handling change communication strategies.
  • Partner with the HR Service Delivery Product Owner to identify and propose future opportunities to enhance digital solutions and improve the user experience.
  • Own the HR Content Strategy and governance of HR’s knowledge management practices, ensuring adherence by all involved parties, and adhering to necessary updates.
  • Work with HR article owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to promote awareness about ServiceNow updates and encourage adherence to established best practices.
  • Analyze HR Knowledge Base data and Employee Center adoption metrics to enhance the management of HR content and content delivery for performance gains.
  • Additional responsibilities include guiding SMEs on content writing best practices requirements and managing content-specific elements of prioritized HR projects.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience (e.g., Knowledge Management).
  • Outstanding communication proficiency in English, both in writing and speech.
  • For U.S. Applicants Only: A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.  No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process. 

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in a technical writing and/or user experience design position.
  • Experience working with HR content, content writing best practices and website design standards.
  • Strong influential leadership and consultation skills.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and building collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with global and regional experience involving complex deliverables
  • Proficient in change management.
  • Analytical thinking and use of data in decision-making.
  • Strategic outlook combined with attention to detail.
  • Ability to think end-to-end, with individual, teams, or organization interventions
  • Self-motivation and a proactive customer-oriented approach that includes collaborative problem-solving.
  • Workday, ServiceNow Knowledge Management, or other HRIS systems expertise.
