As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of our Talent Acquisition team, collaborating closely with hiring managers, HRBPs and TA/P&O (HR) Leadership, to understand and fulfill their hiring needs. In This Role You’ll Make an Impact By:
Partnering up with hiring managers to support hiring needs and effectively close job requisitions with top talent by you. You will develop TA strategies & plans, using various techniques to source and attract top talent. Additionally, you will establish strong relationships with candidates, aligning their career goals with potential opportunities within Novonesis.
Your Key Tasks will also include:
Oversee talent acquisition strategies including EB, DE&I, career fairs, onboarding, and recruitment for designated business areas.
Lead recruitment projects for specialized senior and executive-level positions.
Craft and implement detailed recruitment strategies for high-level sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
Manage recruitment project risks and escalations, ensuring quality, speed, and efficiency in service delivery.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including hiring managers and P&O (Senior HRBPs) to develop recruitment strategies that align with organizational objectives and foster strong relationships.
Serve as a strategic advisor on resource planning and organizational development.
Actively participate in the Global TA Community to share insights, improve processes, and adopt best practices.
Enhance candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding with professional quality interactions.
Optimize recruitment processes to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with company culture and values.
Employ data-driven insights for informed decision-making in recruitment.
Keep abreast of industry trends to adopt new tools and methodologies for improving recruitment and candidate assessments.
Integrate operational recruitment activities with strategic objectives, coordinating with Regional Recruitment Specialists on methodologies and process refinements.
Promote DE&I within recruitment strategies and provide advice on DE&I approaches in the designated business area.
To Succeed You Must Have:
Experience in full life cycle recruiting with a strong understanding of different recruiting strategies, tools, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Recruiting, Indeed, etc.).
Experience managing recruitment projects, risks and escalations, ensuring quality, speed, and efficiency in service delivery.
Experience working with & strategizing with stakeholders and hiring managers regarding talent acquisition strategies including EB, DE&I, career fairs, onboarding, and recruitment for designated business areas.
Experience being data-driven, and used to metrics like response and pass-through rates, candidate time in stage, source of hire, time-to-offer-acceptance and candidate experience to deliver top talent.
BS in related field (Business, Human Resources, Marketing, etc.)
Knowledge of ATS administration, workflows, reporting, etc
A willingness to learn and a strong growth mindset.
Comfortable with making independent decisions, managing a wide range of relationships and being a consultant.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual with strong communication and analytical skills. You should be experienced in full lifecycle recruitment, recruiting strategy development & execution, leading hiring projects and collaborating with stakeholders & other leaders. Someone capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders is critical to success. Your ability to implement DE&I practices and challenge biases is essential.

Expected salary range: $120,000 - $140,000
