Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for our organisation. You will work as part of the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement sourcing strategies, coordinate recruitment activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.

  • Utilise various sourcing techniques, including online platforms, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.

  • Proactively source passive candidates and build a pipeline of potential candidates for future positions.

  • Engage and communicate with candidates to provide information about the company, job opportunities, and the recruitment process.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other selection processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in organizing recruitment events, such as job fairs, career expos, and campus recruitment activities.


Basic Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or Recruitment Coordinator.

  • Solid understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks.

  • Familiarity with Workday.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records and documentation.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
