Job Description Summary

AAM is seeking an Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Talent Acquisition team. This role will lead recruiting initiatives for our Early Career Programs that includes growing relationships universities and organizations based on our hiring needs.

Job Description

  • Lead AAM’s Early Career recruitment strategy that delivers an outstanding candidate experience, and improves our ability to source, identify and select early career talent focused on filling the needs of our future skillsets.
  • Lead AAM’s recruitment event calendar and event inventory, reviewing available options and placing orders for additional items when needed.
  • Use a variety of technology and tools to track recruitment event needs, inventory, ROI, etc.
  • Review AAM’s budget and allocate funds to University and Organizations within Early Career Groups accordingly.
  • Partner with our Talent Attraction Partner to suggest and propose initiatives to increase interest in our Early Career Programs and entry level opportunities.
  • Analyze and present key performance metrics that drive the strategy our early career attraction initiatives aligned to AAM’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals.

Required Skills and Education

  • Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with recruitment tools and technology such as Workday ATS, Handshake, LinkedIn, and others.
  • 1+ year of experience leading early career focused projects and events.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25%
