Position Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively support Corporate FP&A group to provide visibility and guidance via reporting and analytics
  • Identify new financial and operational trends; effectively communicate insights to the Corporate FP&A leadership team
  • Support budgeting and forecasting process, including Revenue, P&L and cash flows
  • Help Corporate FP&A team prepare monthly presentations for the Executive Leadership team, Board and other stakeholders which provide insights into financial and operational performance
  • Support the development of detailed reports and dashboards to allow the Corporate FP&A team and broader organization make sound business decisions rooted in actionable analysis
  • Support broad initiatives to improve our business systems and enhance reporting
  • Support strategic projects that continue to improve and create new value-added services internally and externally

  • Utilize Adaptive Insights to identify new financial and operational trends; effectively communicate insights to the Corporate FP&A leadership team
  • Support the development of detailed reports and dashboards to allow the Corporate FP&A team and broader organization make sound business decisions rooted in actionable analysis
  • Help Corporate FP&A team prepare monthly presentations for the Executive Leadership team, Board and other stakeholders which provide insights into financial and operational performance
  • Support strategic projects that continue to improve and create new value-added services internally and externally

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting
  • 3-5 years of progressive Finance experience
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a record of successful financial modeling experience
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals and teams
  • Self-starter, initiative and motivation to accomplish tasks with minimal direction
  • Proven record of successful individual and team process improvement actions
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Fast learner and works well in a team environment
  • Excellent Microsoft skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
     

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working extensively with Adaptive Insights (including administration and maintenance) or similar Financial Reporting analytic platforms

This high-impact role will be responsible for supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This will include supporting actionable analyses and reporting for the Corporate FP&A group and working cross-functionally within Finance and the broader organization. This role will also support Adaptive Insights, the enterprise FP&A toolkit.
