About the Role  

We are looking for a FP&A Manager to partner with the FP&A Lead managing the financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting. Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision making.

What You’ll Do 

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements, management accounts and other internal/external financial reports.
  • Perform variance analysis on actual vs budget/forecast figures and report on key variances.
  • Provide analysis and insights into business/financial performance, costs, margins etc.
  • Assist in strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting and advising on financial implications of business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory reporting requirements and liaison with external auditors.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes.
  • Identify opportunities and risks through financial analysis and recommend actions.

What You’ll Need  

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field with professional qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a financial reporting and analysis management role.
  • Experienced in managing teams and staff development.
  • Expert knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards and analysis techniques.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non-finance colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Office, accountings systems, reporting tools.
  • Previous experience working in communication industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English with other Asian language skills desirable.
