Position Summary...

What you'll do...

This position is located in Bentonville, Arkansas.

The Risk, Testing & Monitoring Senior Manager role is critical in risk identification and assessment and the design, implementation, and execution of testing and monitoring programs across Global Health and Wellness Compliance business lines. The position reports directly to the Director, Risk, Testing & Monitoring.  This team is responsible for all risk and monitoring strategies in Health & Wellness Compliance.

What you’ll do....

  • Conduct Comprehensive Risk Assessments: Develop and manage risk assessments for global healthcare service offerings to identify risks, evaluate their impact, define appropriate response strategies, assess the effectiveness of these responses, and monitor and report the results.

  • Design and Implement Risk, Testing & Monitoring Programs: Develop and implement global risk, testing and monitoring programs for healthcare service offerings to assess the effectiveness of new and existing risk controls, enhancing them through business and system process improvements or by developing additional tools and strategies for risk remediation.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Business Partners: Work closely with various departments and teams to align efforts, drive priority initiatives, formulate and implement risk mitigation plans to address identified opportunities, and achieve organizational goals. 

  • Create Detailed Documentation & Effectively Communicate Results:  Create detailed documentation and effectively communicate results to ensure that processes, findings, and outcomes are thoroughly documented and clearly conveyed to stakeholders. Includes developing and updating well-structured documents, translating complex information into clear language, preparing detailed reports and presentations, and engaging with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide actionable feedback.

What you’ll bring....

  • Experience in roles that focus on risk strategy and mitigation.

  • Experience developing and implementing testing and monitoring programs to evaluate risk controls.

  • Proficiency in using data to inform decision-making and enhance business and system processes to improve risk controls.

  • Demonstration of strong communication skills and experience preparing and presenting to leadership.

  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with various business partners.

  • Experience with risk assessment tools, software, and methodologies. 

  • Cross-functional project management experience.

  • In-depth understanding of health and wellness regulations and industry standards.

  • Experience documenting and implementing processes, policies, and procedures.

  • Health & Wellness compliance or legal experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
