The Pharmacy Operations, Professional Standards - Insights Senior Analyst will provide support for our robust professional practice and front store and pharmacy regulatory compliance programs. This individual will play a key role in working with cross-functional partners including Operations, Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC), Compliance, Legal, HR Shared Services, and Regulatory units to monitor compliance and aid in the development and support of these programs, along with their rollout strategies.

Key Responsibilities will Include:

  • Analytical support to continue to evolve our strategic efforts to identify and resolve compliance insights and improve field and store behaviors.

  • Translation of complex analyses and large datasets into consumable insights for field and senior leadership teams.

  • Providing holistic support for the Operational Insights (OpI) program, an initiative designed to drive field and store compliance best practices. Including, but not limited to, completion of quality checks for results launch and weekly/monthly/annual updates.

  • Operational communications support and acting as program liaison with key stakeholders including corporate and field colleagues.

  • Creation and promotion of simplicity and efficiency in workstreams while maintaining flexibility to assist as new projects and priorities arise.

  • Retail Operations and Professional Standards Support, provide thought partnership and collaborative support to ensure the work we do drives desired outcomes and behaviors.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with proficient use of quantitative analytics tools (SQL, SAS, R, Python, etc.)

  • Computer competency and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications (Power Point, Word, Excel)

  • Experience working in retail analytics, with a track record of delivering insights and business impact

  • Proven ability to work independently with the ability to recognize and resolve issues

  • Ability to understand complex problems, identify root causes, and remain goal-oriented within a dynamic environment

  • Self-starter and team player with the ability to act as an advocate on behalf of stores and field leadership

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or concentration in data analytics

  • Experience presenting analytical findings to audiences at all levels

  • Ability to concisely explain complex analytical findings to nonanalytic peers and internal customers

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications (Power Point, Word, Excel).

  • Highly proficient use of SQL, SAS, Teradata, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis and communication (storytelling with data)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization (Senior Management, Field Management, Customer Support Center)

  • Experience retail pharmacy, retail pharmacy support experience, or equivalent retail experience (in retail field or corporate office setting)

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
