Are you looking for an opportunity to work in the Regulatory Affairs department of Enbridge Gas? We are currently looking for an Advisor Rates to join our team. In this role you will be responsible to design, develop, and support the implementation of the pricing of in-franchise distribution services and ex-franchise storage and transportation services.

 What you will do:

  • Assist with the design, development and implementation of service prices and rate structures for in-franchise distribution services and ex-franchise storage and transportation services, including pricing recommendations for both existing and new services.

  • Prepare draft rate orders, rate schedules and supporting documents associated with various regulatory applications.

  • Assist with the preparation of written evidence and interrogatory responses in support of the Company’s rate proposals and rate schedules. 

  • Prepare material needed to explain price changes to customers and to the Ontario Energy Board.

  • Design, develop and implement pricing information systems used to support pricing proposals.

  • Conduct analysis, studies and research on rate matters.

  • Participate in and/or lead regulatory related projects and perform ad hoc analysis, reporting, training, or responding to internal and external requests as necessary.

Who you are:

You have the following education and skills:

  • A university degree in Commerce, Business, Mathematics, Accounting or related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of business-related related experience.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.

  • Strong analytical ability, proven accuracy and reliability in all levels of work as well as outstanding attention to detail.

  • Experience with and committed to meeting tight deadlines.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
