JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Facilitates the review, input, and management of policies and procedures in accordance with organizational expectations. Responsible for facilitating root cause analysis and providing input for performance improvement to address clinical quality of care.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains a collaborative relationship with Regional Director, Quality Improvement and related committees.
  • Maintains a constant state of readiness and compliance for accreditation and other regulatory entities.
  • Ensures that policies and procedures are reviewed annually.
  • Utilizes organizational tools necessary to conduct root cause analysis and provide consultation for performance improvement opportunities to ensure quality of care.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
  • Demonstrated competence of Microsoft Outlook programs including Word and Excel, and other electronic applications including the electronic medical record and Enlighten Analytics. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral healthcare field

Years of Experience

Must have 1-3 years of demonstrated experience working in quality improvement or related area.

1-3 years of direct care work experience.

N/A

Pay Range:

$37,850.00--$53,030.00
