Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Support or Lead Engineering studies in order to optimize processes, implement new technologies or proof the process characteristics for process and equipment validations suppliers
- In collaboration with the other department and based on the company and regulation rules define and write validation protocols
- Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures , tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades
- Collaborating with design engineers and other team members to set up production methods that are cost-effective and efficient.
- Communication and organizing the operation of automatic machines in agreement with other sectors of production so that production is carried out continuisly on a daily basis
- Support and resolution of major and minor downtime, preventive action to reduce the number of downtimes and their duration
- Analyse key production performance metrics and record the impact of any changes in processes and make further recommendations for additional improvements accordingly.
Education and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in the specific industry of focus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis and process optimization tools
