Welcome to Warner Bros. Discovery… the stuff dreams are made of.
Who We Are…
When we say, “the stuff dreams are made of,” we’re not just referring to the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes, or even to the wonders of Planet Earth. Behind WBD’s vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands, are the storytellers bringing our characters to life, the creators bringing them to your living rooms and the dreamers creating what’s next…
From brilliant creatives, to technology trailblazers, across the globe, WBD offers career defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves. Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.
Your New Role...
WBD Access has grown into a significant year-round talent development resource for creatives through bespoke pipeline programmes, content creation, alumni support and industry-backed professional development. Working on a dedicated team within Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team and internally partnering with our portfolio of WBD brands, this is a key role in the continued development and delivery of the WBD’s activities to support under-represented creative talent.
The Diversity Equity, and Inclusion Pipeline Manager will be responsible for driving and implementing our world class Pipeline programmes for international markets. The post holder will take on full lifecycle management of existing programmes and assist in conceptualising and planning new programmes in line with WBD’s DEI strategic vision. In addition, there is a strong focus on outreach and engagement, and engaging, tracking and supporting the progression of supported creatives, including brokering their relationship with Executives across WBD.
As part of the Global CoE, the DEI Pipeline Manager will report into the DEI Pipeline Director in the UK and work closely with the entire WBD Pipeline team (based in the UK and US) to manage delivery of programmes and support localisation and delivery of programmes internationally.

How We Get Things Done…
This last bit is probably the most important! Here at WBD, our guiding principles are the core values by which we operate and are central to how we get things done. You can find them at www.wbd.com/guiding-principles/ along with some insights from the team on what they mean and how they show up in their day to day. We hope they resonate with you and look forward to discussing them during your interview.
