Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supply Chain Business Operations Compliance Specialist. The qualified candidate will represent organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a specialist a combination of administrative tasks in support of such functional areas as Accounts Payable, Quality, Purchasing, Data Gathering and Clean Up, Training, and Cash Management. May prepare reports, data mining, and problem-solving efforts as required, and has excellent analysis and time management skills.

This position will be virtual remote and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States.

The candidate will also be responsible for processes and activities within supply chain related operations and compliance such as regulatory compliance, systems and technology, data analytics and performance, international supply chain, operational excellence and supply base diversity. Manages, develops or supports strategic direction and tactical execution of governance (policy, procedure, processes, etc.), priorities, initiatives and related activities.

Job Duties Include:

  • Provide timely support of supplier requests and ensure supplier data records are accurately maintained and current.

  • Communicate extensively with stakeholder organizations and ensure all suppliers are documented in accordance with Northrop Grumman policies and procedures.

  • Provide guidance to Global Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Quality, and other stakeholders on supplier issues.

  • Resolve cross-departmental issues with suppliers in a fast-paced environment.

  • Work in various computer applications as a part of on-boarding suppliers.

  • To be successful, the qualified candidate must have attention to detail, consistent accuracy, and excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR Associate's Degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma and 9 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Relevant SAP experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pivot table knowledge.

  • Visio skills.

  • Supplier Quality background.

  • Prior experience working in Procurement, Subcontracts, Accounting, or Quality.

  • Relevant Ariba SLP experience.

Salary Range: $80,600.00 - $121,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
