The Work Enablement team is a fast-paced innovative team that aims to transform Wealth Advice by simplifying and ultimately changing the way we work. We focus on championing the client, colleague and advisor experience through intake, assessment, prioritization, delivery, and closed loop feedback producing strategic and pragmatic solutions to enable business growth.

Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager HNW Specialized Services, Work Enablement, the Senior Business Management Analyst, HNW Specialized Services, Work Enablement will be primarily responsible for taking the lead in driving and implementing Work Enablement initiatives while overseeing the day-to-day operations that enhance both the client and colleague experience.  The role also includes partnering with PWM colleagues and other key stakeholders to facilitate the development and execution of key business strategies for the Wealth Advice businesses. 

This role requires an individual who finds a way to get things done, can problem solve, shows strong judgment and the ability to execute, driving positive change through critical thinking, and innovation.

The role focuses on several key priorities:
•    Provides specialized business management guidance and support for a LOB, implement policies, processes, and initiatives to meet business management, strategy, and governance objectives.
•    Plans, manage and leads projects including requirements, user testing, execution, and change management in support of the overall business strategy.
•    Become an expert in the LOBs to fully understand the end-to-end services provided, how revenue is generated, who the stakeholders are, the processes, the tools and technology supporting it, issues, and opportunities, and provide recommended action to management.
•    Conduct business analysis, reporting, investigations, and assessments to support the LOB field and problem solve for projects.
•    Manage day to day support of key applications including but not limited to; field questions, capturing field feedback for improvements, reviewing reports/results for user adoption, process tracking and financial calculations for quality assurance. 
•    Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines.

•    Understand the relationship of business and financial rules in how our products and services work to perform data analysis and quality assurance.

•    Strong written and verbal communications skills to communicate concepts, coordinate effectively with project stakeholders and other Wealth partners and integrate work with other areas.

Knowledge and Influence

•    A working knowledge of Wealth Advice businesses, processes and how front, mid, and back office interact.
•    Keep up to date with Wealth Advice priorities, our LOB services, LOB colleagues and our industry both internal and external.
•    Keep up to date with Wealth Advice technology applications and the supporting infrastructure.
•    Ability to learn to interact and gain consensus across different stakeholders. Stakeholders will include business, Journeys, Platforms, Business Architecture, Technology, PDG, Control Partners.
•    Working knowledge of Agile would be an asset.
