We are looking for a Manager of Marketing Operations to drive operational excellence across Pattern’s Marketing organization. This person will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our marketing processes, ensuring the seamless execution and tracking of campaigns across functions and at all points of the customer journey. This is a full-time role in the Corporate Marketing organization, reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing out of our Lehi, UT office.

What is a day in the life of a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations? 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with strategic goals.

  • Analyze marketing workflows across the customer journey, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implementing solutions for enhanced efficiency.

  • Centralize Pattern’s martech stack around Marketo, building for scale, hygiene, and velocity.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, development, campaign management, and/or process optimization. 

  • Technical expertise in managing marketing technologies, including automation platforms, data analytics tools, and customer segmentation software. Pattern’s marketing stack currently includes Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and Qualified.

  • A high bar for delivery and quality control, extreme ownership on user and customer experience behind marketing ops-supported processes. 

  • Excellent project management abilities to coordinate complex, multi-faceted marketing projects on time and within scope.

  • Effective collaboration skills to support and build trust with cross-functional teams.

What is the team like?

The Corporate Marketing organization consists of seasoned marketers across all major marketing functions and includes teams in EMEA and APAC. You will sit on the Growth Marketing team which consists of Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, Category Marketing, and Partner Marketing. In the office you will sit next to and work daily with your immediate team and peers in other functions including Product Marketing, Business Development, Content Marketing, and Events. The team follows a hybrid work schedule with some days in the office and some from home.
