We are a San Francisco-based Series-A stage company founded by prominent Silicon Valley venture capital firms. System2 founders Dilan Dane & Yuran Lu are ex-MIT serial entrepreneurs who've previously built and sold companies to Google, Dropbox etc.

Your role

As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in helping us scale the organization. You’ll take ownership of team performance, operational processes, and growth metrics, driving efficiency and achieving ambitious business goals. You’ll also own driving end-user retention via product-driven service quality improvements. You’ll report directly to the CEO, contributing to both quarterly and annual strategic planning processes while ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities:

• Increase service quality while scaling operations by investing in systems and helping drive product innovation

• Own and deliver on a set of OKRs tied to revenue growth, customer satisfaction and retention, and operational efficiency

• Design, implement, and optimize processes and software solutions to improve team performance and scalability

• Build and deliver dashboards and reports to track team performance and operational metrics

• Contribute to quarterly and annual planning processes, aligning team priorities with company objectives

• Develop strategies to achieve short-term and long-term growth targets

• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive innovation and solve key challenges

• Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and mission-driven culture

• Stay informed of industry best practices and operational innovations

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in operations management or related roles, with increasing levels of responsibility. Strong people management experience. Experience in management consulting and early-stage or high-growth technology companies is highly desirable.

• Leadership: Proven track record of managing and scaling teams, with a strong emphasis on people development and culture-building.

• Execution: Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious growth targets and delivering measurable results.

• Data-Driven: Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and using insights to inform decision-making.

• Strategic Thinking: Experience contributing to long-term planning and translating strategy into action.

• Industry Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for health, fitness, and the mission of empowering influencers to transform lives.

• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with operational tools, CRM systems, and reporting software is a plus.

• Location: In Person, based in the San Francisco Bay Area
