Job Purpose:
This role is in the Institutional Credit Management (ICM) business (within Citi’s Client organization) which has been established with the objective to provide an integrated “end-to-end” credit underwriting, identification, measurement, management and monitoring for wholesale credit businesses across the enterprise.
The role is based in Tampa, Florida reporting to Business Manager and will involve supporting the wider CAO team and ICM resources globally with various strategic initiatives of the Organization.
The primary function of the role is to assist with ongoing BAU activities of the ICM business management function including on-site support and various business initiatives. The role requires close liaison with various other Business Areas and support functions such as – ICM Business pillars, Third-Party Unit, Staffing Office, Finance, Compliance, Technology and Operations to ensure timely escalation and remediation of issues.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years financial services experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful execution of this role requires the individual to demonstrate a wide range of financial, business, and strong inter-personal skills. The primary responsibility for the role is to provide day to day support in the smooth operation of ICM business including:
· Support the businesses and control groups with execution of various business, compliance and risk controls, namely:
o Initial and an ongoing Employee Entitlement Reviews (EERS)
o Create and conduct due diligence of EERS Business Profiles
o Conduct US FRB Confidential Supervisory Information (CSI) contractor reviews
o Maintain employee regulatory designations such as CFTC Associated Persons (AP)
o Monitor public and private side Information Barrier Designations
o Support with follow up on Compliance queries and escalations.
· Provide Legal Entity signatories support globally across ICM.
· Collaborate with colleagues on team’s Monthly Operational and other KPI reporting requirements.
· Maintain strong working relationship with Desktop IT and securing on the ground support from various infrastructure groups.
· Assist with on boarding of new ICM staff members globally (NAM, EMEA, APAC and Latam) including:
o Tracking of potential new hires and readiness for new starters – tracking start dates with HR
o Work with Real Estate and other stakeholders to track and plan for future real estate requirements.
o Raising CMP requests and coordination tech support for equipment and system access with seats, equipment, headset monitors, PC etc.
o Follow through and coordinate with Managers and all support functions to ensure readiness to receive the new hire on the start date.
o Work on other coordination to ensure an efficient operating environment.
· Track technology initiatives and participate in testing. Support with Continuity of Business (COB) planning and participate in disaster recovery initiatives.
· Be a central point of contact for second LoD and support functions such as Internal Audit (IA), finance, compliance, technology and operations as necessary for resolution of business issues and ensure ongoing support for the businesses.
· Assist with organization and preparation of various meetings and forums – including preparing materials, taking notes and ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
· Provide backup and support for the other regional Business managers in APAC and NAM.
Knowledge/Experience:
· Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders.
· Background in project management and similar relevant work experience in financial services will be a plus.
· Experience working in CAO / COO office, middle office, risk, compliance or financial control.
· Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures.
· Familiarity with Citi’s internal processes and systems including Front Office Credit systems such as CitiRisk is a plus.
· Fixed Income products knowledge and understanding of Risk management would be advantageous.

Qualifications:
· Degree preferred or sufficient industry experience.
· An interest in and prior exposure to risk management within capital markets, and familiarity with financial institution regulation and policies

$87,280.00 - $130,920.00
