The Alternative Investments Team provides accounting, pricing, and reconciliation services for our alternative investment fund clients. This group is a growing team that continues to add to our client portfolio. With additional clients and the evolution of client needs comes the opportunity to grow our knowledge base and expand our technological capabilities. 

 

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with business unit stakeholders and technical staff to identify business systems solutions for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.

 

How you’ll spend your time:

• Design and develop dashboards, self-service tools, reports, data models, and scalable ad-hoc reporting.
• Create best practices, document, and maintain proven procedures. Maintain accurate system and System Development Lifecycle documentation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand business challenges that will benefit from analytics support.
• Proactively analyze systems and output through self-initiated curiosity with an eye for operational improvement.
• Partner with technical services teams to design technical solution to meet the business requirements.
• Drive user adoption by developing best practices for systems.
• Prepare and present trainings and provide consultative support to end users.
• Construct test cases, develop test scripts and facilitate appropriate testing (unit, integration, system, QA, UAT)
• Act as system liaison between UMB users of business application systems and the technical services group responsible for support.

 

We’re excited to talk with you if:

• One (1) year Business Systems Analysis experience OR
• Two (2) years experience in related business or operations area

 

Bonus Points if:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration or related field OR equivalent education and work experience
• Prior experience working with the Yardi application

Compensation Range:

Minimum: $51,480.00 - Maximum: $119,200.00
